Keith Cave

Got to help with a small group of photographers from North Alabama Photographers Guild this past Saturday. Had a great time with everyone. Its fun to help folks who want to dabble in cave photography... they get to experience the underground - and then try and take photos there... which is where Nathan's lighting arsenal came into play. On Saturday we were using flash bulbs, a Compact Fluorescent, a Lumedyne, and an LED Scout. Dennis and his buddy Nathan also did a bit of light painting and gel/flash work too.

Left to right: Nathan, Dennis, Ben, Cecil and Nathan.

Here are a couple of the shots that they took away from the trip:

There is nothing quite as satisfying as building your own shelter and living in it. Cave rescue is a highly specialized field of wilderness rescue in which injured, trapped or lost cave explorers are medically treated and extracted from various cave environments and this is the most responsible and very hard task in the world to rescue all the people who are stuck inside a very deep excavation and exploration area which are too confined in space and you have to take out swiftly and promptly.

All the kinds of rescue techniques like, rope rescue and mountaineering techniques has also developed and all the specializes techniques rescue and human safety measures and skills for performing work in all conditions that are almost always difficult and demanding.
